Overview of the Job:
To join our marketing team, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director or Manager of Demand Generation. In order to reach our audience, empower our content, improve brand awareness, create leads, and eventually increase revenue, this function is essential. In order to carry out high-impact demand creation campaigns, the ideal applicant will be able to think creatively, be skilled in digital marketing tactics, and have a great grasp of market trends.
Principal Duties:
. Create and implement a thorough demand generating plan in line with the commercial objectives of the organization.
. Oversee and carry out the production and administration of material for a variety of channels (websites, blogs, social media, etc.), making sure that it complements our brand voice and marketing objectives.
. Work together with the product and sales teams to implement focused campaigns that connect with our target market and generate leads.
. Collaborate on combined marketing, events, and lead generation with our partner ecosystem.
. Make use of SEM, SEO, and other digital marketing strategies to boost exposure and interaction.
. Examine consumer data and market trends to continually enhance content and strategy.
. Monitor and report campaign results, then use the information to improve subsequent marketing initiatives.
. Help with budget management and efficient resource allocation to optimize return on investment
Requirements:
. Five or more years of expertise in content marketing and demand creation, ideally in a start-up setting, with the ability to create, implement, and evaluate creative, goal-oriented demand programs and campaigns
. Proficiency in a wide range of digital marketing channels and strategies, such as social media, SEO, PPC, ABM email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation
. thorough familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Webflow, Salesforce, SEMRush, etc.
. Experience advising, creating, and disseminating interesting and pertinent information to draw in and involve potential clients, such as blog entries, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and other materials
. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
. The capacity for strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving
. The ability to assess data and make judgments
. Excellent organizational and project management abilities
